You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online or over the phone. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will result in having your deposit withheld.

You may cancel gift purchases online or over the phone. Gift purchases cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will result in a full refund. Cancelled purchases will not be refunded if done so past 24 hours of purchase.
